1. How do I proceed through the checkout process?
Once you have finished adding items to your Shopping Bag, simply click the “Check Out” button on the Shopping Bag page and we will guide you through the checkout process.
2. How will be charged for shipping?
We use our local delivery partners for shipments. If the weight of your package/ shipment exceeds a certain limit, we will charge it based on the partner’s rate.
3. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Shipping times will depend on location, but we always ensure that your purchases are shipped and delivered as quickly as possible. At most times, it will take 5 working days.
4. Can you ship your products anywhere?
Yes! However, additional charges will apply because of international duty rates. Please contact sales@mypera.lk to get a quote for international orders and we would gladly help out.

We allow our customers a 12-day limit to return the product from the purchase.
